piece and is available in 14 ft. and 16 ft. widths and lengths up to 74 ft.

modular home is a manufactured home that is constructed of
more than one component, or module, and these components are put together at your site.

modular home usually takes the form of a bungalow, split-entry, split-level, or
two-storey
home.
Q: How are your homes built?
A: Mini and modular homes are built by
professional craftsmen in climate controlled conditions under the watchful eye of quality
control technicians to ensure each home is built to meet or exceed the high quality
standards of both the CSA and CMHC & National Building Code.
Q: What kinds of materials are used in building
manufactured homes?
A: Kiln dried lumber, brand name vinyl flooring
and carpets, vinyl siding, Tyvec housewrap, Atlantic, Kohler and Allsco PVC Windows, Eastland and
Triangle Kitchens, fibreglass insulation.
Q: What kinds of warranties are offered with your
homes?
A:
The manufacturers and their supplies guarantee all
workmanship and materials used in the custom building of your home for
a period of one year. In addition, each manufacturer is enrolled in a
10 year structural warranty program with the option to
purchase extended warranty.
Q: What kinds of options can I include in my home?
A: You can include appliances, whirlpool tubs,
hardwood floors, wood siding, cathedral ceilings, propane fireplaces,
skylights, patio doors, French doors, fanlights, central vacuum systems, and lots more the
possibilities are endless!
